Although we were unable to spend the day at the fair, we did make time to at least stop by to take in the Sheep Dog Demonstration, eat perogies, tour the livestock barns and visit the food, fabric and craft displays. I think a few pictures will give you an idea.

Zucchini Racers and Parts

Bread Basket

Scotch Eggs
These Scotch Eggs have a much larger sausage and crumb covering than mine. Does that make me more Scotch for using less meat?

Plants
There were several manicured bonsai trees in this section as well as a selection of natural decorating materials.

Oh Anne….how wonderful! I was wondering if we would get a Fall Fair treat. With the rains and colder winds blowing in now…I bet you are all snug as a bug in a rug at the B&B!

The Fall Fair was fun unfortunately we were not able to make a day of it. Come on over next year Trish (or before if you can make it)! Thank you once again for an interesting email. Love the Fall Fair pictures.
Fall is in the air and I for one am always pleased to see the changing seasons.
I love your apple crepes. Of course this is the time of year to celebrate the apple. Very timely.
Thank you.

Thank you Betty. I am glad you enjoyed the pictures of the fair and the apple crepes. We enjoy the fall colors and the abundance of local produce available this time of the year. The apples are so sweet and shared with the birds, raccoons and deer that frequent our yard. Almost every day the deer munch their way across the yard in the early morning and again in the evening keeping the yard free of squished apples as they go. A beautiful sight to see.
